Yes, all our cleaning products are safe for families, pets, and children.

The duration varies depending on the size of your house and the type of service requested. Normally, a regular cleaning can take from 2 to 4 hours, while deeper cleanings or larger homes may require more time.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return and resolve any issues at no additional cost.

It is not necessary for you to be home as long as we have access to the location. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with a key or access code so they can continue their daily activities without interruption.

We strictly follow all health and safety recommendations, including the use of gloves and constant hand and equipment sanitization. The health of our clients and employees is our greatest concern.

For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, no fee is charged. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the total cleaning value. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the cleaning fee.

Payment is made in advance, via credit card on the first day of each month. In the event of a cancellationwith a right to reimbursement, as per our cancellation policy, the amount will be refunded to your credit card.

To ensure the highest quality and personalization of service, one of our specialists conducts an in-person visit to your residence. During this visit, we assess the size of the space, specific conditions, and cleaning needs in detail. This allows us to provide an accurate quote and a service that exactly meets your expectations and needs. This initial assessment is free and without obligation, ensuring you have all the information you need before making a decision.
